Return Process

Upon arrival, immediately check your ice lollies to ensure they are frozen and the packaging is intact.

If there is any damage or melting, take clear photos of the product and the shipping box as evidence for your claim.

Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
